hyp Recruit New Partner To Facilitate Leadership Coaching

Closing out another successful year of championing opportunities for young people, Hunter Young Professionals (hyp) ended 2019 with the announcement of a brand new alliance that delivers a tangible benefit for the organisations 1,700 members.

hyp President Lauren Armstrong said that it is great to give local young professionals something to look forward to in the New Year.

“We are pleased to end the year on a high by locking in this fantastic opportunity for our members with local experts in leadership at Forsythes Recruitment & HR,” Lauren said.

Under the program, one hyp member per calendar month will have access to a complimentary leadership coaching program with leadership coach Emily Bowen of Forsythes Recruitment & HR, through the organisations ‘Member of the Month’ program.

Emily said that Forsythes Recruitment & HR are committed to developing the regions young professionals.

“By sponsoring hyp’s Member of the Month program we aspire to fast track the growth and development of young professionals at the top of their game, to ultimately help them further their careers and make a significant contribution in the local business community,” she said.

In addition to the complimentary leadership coaching program, each successful hyp Member of the Month is featured across the organisations website, email newsletter and social media pages, as well as shared with Hunter Headline for their Young Gun interview series.

Hunter Young Professionals are currently seeking nominations for the next hyp Member of the Month.

Anyone can nominate an individual for the hyp Member of the Month. A nominated individual must be a member of hyp to be considered for selection. Nominated candidates are reviewed by the hyp Board at monthly meetings and selected in line with the program policy.
