Jasmin revealed some common food misconceptions and armed us with some invaluable tips on how little changes to eating habits can have your brain firing.
Here are some great tips from Jasmin for you to try and feel the difference for yourself:
- Always have protein and fat with your meals.
- Minimise grains. Get most of your carbohydrates from vegetables and secondly from fruits.
- Never skip breakfast.
- Eat at regular intervals.
- Acidic foods like lemon juice and apple cider vinegar can help lower the GI of a meal.
