Aaron Curtis is an Operations Supervisor with the largest freight rail operator in Australia, Pacific National. Working in this dynamic industry has allowed Aaron to develop into a true leader within his organisation. Aaron has a passion for developing high performance culture with his team by developing key relationships within his professional network.
Before Moving into his leadership role at Pacific National, Aaron first commenced his employment as a trainee driver in 2010 with the company. His work ethic, accountability and drive for professional development was noticed and he has been rewarded with numerous promotions within his organisation.
In recent times Aaron completed the HunterNet Future leaders’ program which has fostered his passion for creating high performance culture within his teams, and emphasised the impact and importance of emotional intelligence as a leader.
Aaron is a proud Father of two daughters Macy and Frankie, with Baby number three due to arrive in September 2020. Aaron’s Wife Kelby is also a board member and he is excited to work alongside her in his hyp journey. In his “spare time” Aaron is an active member of the rugby league community in Newcastle and is currently Captain/Coach of Central Newcastle Rugby league Open Grade.
